We just had our first Brunch at this restaurant and both my wife and I agree; By far the best we've ever had!!!!! The Chef took time to ensure we were completely satisfied and the rest of the staff were amazing. One extra note: The "Billion" Dollar Bacon should be "Trillion". BEST EVER!!! The waffles should have their own name. They are out of this world good. The ambiance is so relaxing I would say, I didn't eat as fast as usual, but I did eat more deliberate than ever!!

I’ve been here twice for dinner and for a New Years Eve celebration! Great gluten free and vegan options as well! Chef Alexander was super helpful when I reached out to him about GF options for their 5 course dinner. Everything was delicious! From the grape vineyard salad, coco stew, vegan teriyaki oxtails, & hibiscus apple tart…I’ll definitely be back for a third time!

Noble Roots... so many ways to run with this, but all in the right direction. This little gem popped up when I was searching for a middle ground to visit with family. Between Macon and Charleston lies Pooler. Location can be everything for some. So, here we go... the restaurant had fa few good reviews. Reading someone drove from Beaufort and was impressed was a big motivation. Upon agreeing this is the spot, we met, ate and fell in love with Noble Roots. The menu seems to change frequently, from my understanding. We had the shrimp and quail appetizers. Both were delectable and just right in portion. We opted for some sandwhiches as we had met during the day. It was slow for a Saturday afternoon, but we enjoyed the quiet. Being able to try different wines is a plus, especially when one can buy them. We also got the crab cake sandwich, pulled pork and the cuban. Noting also I love the french fries! The service was on point. And as we went to leave they offered to take our photo under their cool sign that says root in all the different languages! What an experience! What a place! Go enjoy!

I can't say good enough things about this restaurant!!!! My friend has been here couple of times but this was my first! Our waitress was super friendly and helpful when it came to explaining the wine bar which was the coolest thing I have ever seen! I love the fact you can get a sample and if you want a bigger glass then you can order that size. I tried one drink and fell in love with it! (Fritz Zimmer Riesling Spatlese). I believe my wine only cost $9. My friend got two glasses a wine but sampled a couple but they were very cheap sample prices. For dinner I ended up getting the special burger I believe it's just called the special burger but it was created by Chef Alexander Mack. I would LOVE to go back and try another one of his creations! Can't wait!!!

it was our first time in tonight, a double date with friends. loved it. the drinks and the bar were something different and good. i recommend the cheese curds appetizer and the salmon entree. the creme brulee for dessert.

Pooler really needed a great dining option and so happy Noble Roots opened. Vegan spring rolls excellent, the beef steak was perfectly seared and seasoned. And the crème brûlée was a perfect finish! Highly recommend!

Great Service! Great Food! GREAT Vegan options (Chef Alexander Mack is AWESOME)! AWESOME atmosphere. This is just what Pooler needed. You must try the Vegan wings and vegan Peach cheesecake 😋. As of 11/3/2022 they did not have a kid's menu but chef said they are working on it.

Wow super impressed with the vegan food by chef Alexander Mack!! We had the grapevine salad, chickn parm and the peach cheesecake. Soo delicious. The crispness of the chick’n parm and the flavors with the veggies harmonized beautifully together. The salad was a balance of sweet and tart of the dressing and then the caramalized onions added the perfect touch. Then the peach cheesecake- wow it was like Fall in your mouth. Not dense at all, but actually very airy. Best cheesecake I’ve had EVER , even dating back to my non-vegan days.
